Tear down iPhone WIFI module IC again, and then use multimeter to measure the diode date of solder pad, finding the diode data of tenth pin is OL, which is Bluetooth open signal BT_REG_ON. According WUXINJI Dongle, we know the BT_REG_ON is from the iPhone power iC, and through PCB board circuit to WIFI IC tenth pin, and then go to the PP3154_RF test point.
Now we're trying to knock it out on the pad, and then weld the jump wire, not exactly through the hole, we directly open WLAN_REG_ON from ninth pin WIFI IC and use QUICK 861DW Hot Air Rework Station to weld the jump wire, the purpose is to borrow the WiFi open signal.
After finish the above step, install the iPhone and get into IOS to test, now the WIFI and Bluetooth functions all works properly. No matter you open the WIFI and Bluetooth at the same time or separately, they all work perfectly.
Note: Because the diode data of PP3154_RF is OL, so we can't weld the jump wire from PP3254_RF. If need weld the jump wire on it, we need to remove the iPhone power IC, and then weld jump wire from the middle of power IC, it's too time-consuming.

Replace a new baseband power chip and everything becomes normal. After researching the iPhone working principles, we find iPhone 6S baseband chip communicate with CPU by PCIE bus. During the power on process, the PCIE bus will be initialized. Therefore, the improper work of baseband will lead to white Apple loge showing when power on.
Find a normal iPhone 6S and reboot it. Measure the baseband power supply when it shows white Apple logo. The power supply exists already and the working condition for baseband has been satisfied. The baseband supply's bitmap is shown in picture 2-18.
Root the faulty board and measure the baseband power supply when the white Apple logo is showing. We find that PP_0V9_SMPS1 and PP_1V0_SMPS3's power supply has been produced, while PP_1V225_SMPS2 and PP_1V85_SMPS4 has not.
That suggests there is nothing wrong with baseband power. It is very likely that the baseband chip is empty soldered or damaged. The circuit diagram of baseband power supply is shown in picture 2-19.
Remove the baseband and measure the diode data of the circuit towards chip and CPU. The data is normal. Tin the baseband chip and weld it on motherboard. Root it and everything becomes normal. Trouble is removed.

The four test points do not reveal any copper. Therefore, we need to use a pointed probe Multimeter to measure or scrape them. The normal diode data is between 300-400. But the RFFE2_CLK (picture 1-42) diode data is 750 which is seriously high.Picture 1-42
It is clear that RFFE2_CLK signal antenna is not normal. The diode data 750 comes from CPU. So the circuit breakage of baseband solder pad has been excluded. The normal diode data is about 400. The diode data of RFFE2 is from the DSM amplifier, and it probably caused by DSM amplifier's U_DSM_RF pseudo soldering. The material object of DSM amplifier IC is shown in picture 1-43.
Reassemble DSM amplifier and measure the diode data of RFFE_CLK. Now the data is 380 that is normal. After power on, iPhone shows IMEI when dialing *#06#. Insert SIM card and the signal becomes normal, even for several days. The trouble is removed.
